4 Months!

Jefferson is now 4 months!

Here is an update:

He is desperately trying to talk and is very vocal. When he wakes up he doesn’t cry, instead he shouts and makes all kinds of noise. Its like he is saying,  “Hello, I’m up! Feed me!”

If he can put it in his mouth he will.

He is in the 95^th percentile for height and weight.

He has discovered that when Duncan licks his hand it tickles and will stick his hand out for Duncan to do so. Still not too sold on the cat!

He loves all things musical. He loves musical toys and loves it when you sing to him.

He really likes animal sounds. His favorites are Mooo and Baaa. I can’t wait to take him to the zoo.

His legs are sooo chubby that I have to cut the elastic on all of his socks (no matter what size) or they cut off his circulation.

His pediatrician has given us the green light to start solids and we will be doing that soon.  Interestingly, the new guidelines say that you can start with any fruit or veggie.  Cereal is no longer the first food recommended.

He is cuter than ever!
